Open 7zFM and navigate to the folder where you have the files. Select both of them at the same time (the .001 and .002 files) and right click, go to 7-Zip > Extract Here. Also I think I have that game you're looking for; I'll re-upload in the thread you linked to when I get the chance.

Hmm that's strange, they're working fine for me. Are you using 7-Zip? I'm pretty sure others like WinRAR won't work on .001, .002, etc. files.
