I can't view the attachment but I know that if you change your system region and time/date to Japanese, then reinstall the game, it should work. As soon as I changed one of them back to my native region the game no longer would launch, so you need to do that if you want to play, and need to keep...

Ah, dummy cut is probably the reason, because other uploader for the same game is like 1 gigabyte, I thought maybe it was just compression differences. Anyways I like low amount of parts because a lot of parts annoys me too, so thank you for big parts :)
