romance fantasy with transmigration, villainess, demon king or hero theme which usually contains a lot of angst and packed with so much lore. i always want to see more of them but its rare... and researcher or scientists theme is my second favorite!
i also love (Garumani Original [Otome]), Chupa, and BEDROOM!!! i agreee about the high quality sound design. it's really hard to come by, the kind of mixing that is pleasant to hear and doesn't breaks our immersive experience.
usually i look at the va first because i prefer to hear familiar voices, then after that i'll decide if the story is to my liking or not. however if there's a story that's really intrigue me then i might try to hear it even if the va is unfamiliar... both weighed roughly the same methinks
My #1 is Overkill (Bita). Their story revolves around rofan theme which i loved the most. Somehow every story written by them are my exact type, combined with their peak artstyle it's absolute cinema.
