Try finding NTLEA version 0.92 online. The 0.86 and 0.87 version does not seem to work well with Windows 7 and especially 64bit versions of it. After I upgraded to 0.92, it works flawlessly.

@ WhatsCrackin & Chyvalle Yes. You can use NTLEA to solve the problem. Just run ntleac.exe and then choose AdvHD.exe and the game should then work properly.
