Spectator but with some games it's fun to imaging urself as the MC, like for example with Love and deepspace...
If otome games has a more appealing art for me, I would be the other way around. The more attractive I find the LI, the more I enjoy to see myself as the MC.
Do you feel like this...
I feel like an outsider now after reading your answers lol
I mostly play the route of the LI I like and that's it. I feel fulfilled.
I don't have the time to waste with 100% a game anymore, especially if the other LI/routes don't interest me.
Don't care about the achievements either.
Damn...
I would pick up 4 themes:
Space soap like Mass Effect aka sexy aliens companions
Police department with mystery/ suspense
Military theme special forces
Mermaids!
Try something new with those themes probably. Adult heroine with adult coworkers/LI +30yo and maybe why not fall in love with your...
This is so interesting. You don't count as finished after finishing the gane with one route. That's not half finished haha you don't have to play all routes in order to consider it finished, especially if the other characters are not appealing.
Sorry if this is out of topic but I found your...
Yep it's on my list. I know I will devour most otome vn haha I have a huge list of recommendations for all kind of genres but my backlog of otome is just too much. I'm leaving the best for the last.
I'm playing room no9 and I don't read anything to not spoil me on vndb and well. What a surprise...
Do you guys drop a VN if you don't like it or you have to finish it for the sake of it?
I started hanahira and man, I'm struggling but since I'm playing VNs to study JP I cannot for the love of God drop it... I need to finish it 😭
Haha I wouldn't say creepy. I can't stand bugs especially cockroaches!! I find this game quite amusing and unique lol
It's pretty short, the art is gorgeous (except when they transform into a bug lmao it's just an scent and that's it) and you get a laugh :]
I'm a f2p gacha enjoyer. I played for months Genshi impact for example and it was more or less an enjoyable experience.
What about with this game? Will I get frustrated as a free player? Can you pursuit the LI wo spending a cent and getting the good stuff?
Agreed. Popular games are shooters or soul likes for example.
Otome are extremely niche and I'm pretty sure none of my friends have ever played a VN before.
On top of that, not everybody likes to read. VN are basically long novels.
Reading this thread made me sad :(
I hate the use of AI not just for art but for writing as well. AI is a plague out of control nowadays and it's ruining mostly everything...
