This thread was such a good idea, I've wondered the same thing browsing the forum. Mine is Ramuda from Hypnosis Mic. He's my favorite design of all the cast, especially his older look that my icon is from. He's also got most of my favorite songs. Time to go listen to Stella and Shibuya Marble...

Right now I'm playing through Paradise with a friend and playing Shingakkou solo, though that's taking me ages cause every time I play it bums me out lol.

I played through that whole version and thought it was great! It's not a perfect one to one translation, the translator has them use a lot of time period appropriate slang, but that gives it a ton of charm. I don't have enough knowledge to compare it to the original Japanese, but overall only a...

Someone on a BL forum mentioned anime-sharing as a good place to find games. I think it was a certain one, but I'm not sure. I stuck around because the community is so active and there's a focused effort on keeping links alive. I've been able to find some great games and have some fun...

I genuinely thought that it'd been so long, and with them releasing Clean Dishes, that we were never going to get a Slow Damage fandisk. If that's indeed what it is, it could totally be something else too. But I'd really love to see a continuation of each of the endings like they did with DMMD...

Almost always digital for me. There's just a wider variety of options and I dont have a lot of space for physical books. I also prefer reading it them in one long strip on digital readers. If I like something enough, I do try to get the physical version.

I also prefer PC. A lot of what I play needs translation software and I like being able to full screen and enjoy all the details. It's also a easier to stream to friends. I have a game night with a friend where we stream vn's to play through together. And I can message someone when a...

Asato from Lamento

Its kinda surprising to see how many games set the default bgm too high. I thought I might have been unlucky with the couple games I've played, but turns out it's one of the first things everyone else turns down too. Other than that, I also turn my text speed up. All other settings are usually...

Huge fan of the Lamento soundtrack. I love the atmosphere it creates. It's my go-to easy listening background music.

I usually only get a little time in the evenings to play, so a single medium to long game can last me about two or three months. I think I play about two? a year. My record was probably four a few years ago when I got back into bl after a long break.

I've been using Aoba's coil ringtone as my phone's basically since the fan translation first came out. Clear is definitely my fav from dmmd

I would have definitely liked his route no matter what, but you brought up some great points that made that like turn into love. Plus you hyping him up made me really look forward to getting his route. Once I start secret diary I'll be back for sure with all my thoughts! I'm already getting the...

Haha. The Luchino propaganda did work on me lol. Honestly I've had a ton of fun talking with you about the game as I played through. It's really made me enjoy and think about routes/characters more than I would if I just played on my own. I don't know how I'd still feel about Bernardo without...

If you want to play another one of Nitro+Chiral's games I'd recommend Lamento or Slow Damage. Lamento is my personal fav, I really love the setting and characters. Its a bit more lighthearted than DMMD was, but still has n+c's typical bad ends. Slow Damage is their newest game and its also...

I think you're partially responsible for the flip lol. Theyre both so close, but you really helped sell the hideout as the peak Ivan scene. Maybe next time I play through I'll swap again and like the car scene most lol. Happy to share! When I saw it, I knew I had to send it your way. Ah! I just...

Sorry this was kinda late, I got caught up in some life stuff. I should probably go back and replay reconnect at some point too, it's been ages since I played. Clear's ends are the only ones I really remember. Fuijieda's bad end was soooo good. All the subtle changes to Towa to make him It...

Rai and Konoe's scenes were excellent. I loved the scenes themselves and they also set up and paid off their romantic tension throughout the route so well. Clear's good end scene in reconnect might be my favorite of all time tbh and that cg of Clear hugging Aoba from behind is peak. From Slow...

More per LI is true, n+c is is kinda stingy and only gives two per LI. I was working off that assumption when I started playing so after I got the hut scene I assumed we'd only get one more. Pleasantly surprised to see there was more afterwards. Thank you!!!! They look so good! I love...

Oh wow, og and bad egg are tied? That's some high praise. I'm even more curious about it now, they really out here working miracles on bakshi. I'll be very interested to see if a game ever tops LD1 for you. I agree that n+c hasn't made a perfect game yet, at least for me. I think they'll always...
