The translation is understandable (especially if you know some spoken JP and can fill in the blanks yourself), but it's obviously just MTL. It could be worse, sure, but for a game they sell on Steam I had expected a bit more. The uploads of this game are without the DLC, apparently they locked...

It works fine on Windows 7, at least. Just unpack the rar, don't even have to use the setup. Just go into the files folder and use the exe there. I hope someone finds a H-code for this though, because I can't pick up any thread at all sadly.
