Maybe deleting the game(s) with revo uninstaller is an even better idea? I don't know much about all that, what other garbage could this malware have spread?
Does deleting everything from the syscacheapp folder and the Shell registry at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" suffice for now? Am I safe?
Okay. So this might be useful to someone, although I am not that familiar with how any of it works. Apparently, if you change the "name": "" ----> "name": "randomword", in package.json the problem disappears.

Sorry if it's a bit unclear. Basically now all games with the "game.exe" file have this "eye" icon once I start them (which should only be the case with the OP game). Please contact me if you know what could be wrong.
