You get that because, you do NOT have your PC set up to Japanese Locale AND Region to Japan also do the time and date to japan.. That will fix it.

It shouldn't be that hard. If you still have the .rar files you can extract them and follow the order to find them and delete them. Also try and see if the mods have a folder with the MODER name on it. Because moders tend to put their usernames on them. You can do the same with the list...

On the torrent that I downloaded all the files came in a specific order idk if it was on purpose or by mistake.. but my battle arena button seems to be grayed out and cannot click it. Everything else other than that works fine.

Hmm, I had this happen to me before.. Have you tried running the MOD list to see if there are any conflicts? You can also try and re-install the mods you used to see if this worked.. Also is this game updated with the newest DLC?

This is what I did , I also did a fresh install including the new game and the DLC. First: Change your Location date and time to japan and system locale to Japan. Second: mount the the DISK 1 and install then Mount disk 2 and finish the install. Third: The DLC are easy.. I did it the way it is...
