god I wish this could work, but it does not! [I am using windows 8] I've tried most of methods such as changing display language to 日本語, or Locale Emulator to ntlea but still all that I get is garbage Japanese. neither ntlea or Locale Emulator worked on me. Anyone using windows 7 or 8...
