Hadaka Shitsuji (I think the sequel just got an English release) has a sadist protagonist tag but imo it should be EVIL PROTAGONIST ☠️ you literally get bad endings if you are too kind to the LIs. I stop playing after one route in which the MC did some horrible things and became really sadistic...

I only do the route of the guys that I like and read about the part that I don’t understand or the lore online

First one was Taisho x alice that I played on my cousin’s console during a sleepover which got me into VNs.

Haven’t encountered this in VNs but iirc in Dragon Age inquisition they have something like this with Iron Bull and Dorian. Didn’t like the idea of it at first but after trying it out it was actually pretty sweet. the interactions made me want to be in a poly between them lol.
