If the story is engaging enough for me, I'll go for a full clear. If it's just average, I'll only finish the routes for the characters I'm interested in and then move on.
In otome games, if the romanceable male lead's actions in the story strike me as problematic—say, he's hurt the heroine at some point—then even if he gets better later, I'd much rather see a bad ending where he gets his comeuppance. But if he's been good all along, I'll go for the good ending...
I also think that as I get older and my mind becomes more mature, I'm able to understand all kinds of characters, discover the beauty in different personalities, and thus come to love a wide variety of uniquely distinctive characters.
I'll pick the pink one! I have way too many favorite otome games—it'd be heaven if I could play through them all one by one! That would be pure paradise!
Actually, you can use a projector to cast the image onto the ceiling, so that way you can fulfill your wish of playing games on a big screen while lying in bed~ So I don't really care whether it's on PC or a portable device.
I feel that a reasonable amount of mini-games can make otome games more enjoyable, but if they're overly repetitive or too hard to get through, it kind of defeats the point. A skip option would also let players who aren't into that kind of content have a way out.
Definitely dark mode. Text is sharper in dark mode, and the image colors seem to pop more with better contrast. Light mode is just too bright—it's hard on the eyes.
