definitely feels like the writer spent less time on Sachi and Yuuki's route, but the rushed ending issue is a problem for all the routes imho. And I totally agree about the lack of ichaicha, could have used way more of it, hope they do a fan disc with just ichaicha and SoL/jokes.

Wish both this and neko no kangae made it into the recollection mode so I can read them whenever I want, they have some of the most hilarious moments in the game.

pretty much 1 route, there're normal and true endings but the differences are extremely minor. Basically, you get a prologue that goes straight to bad end, then the actual game starts where you switch between 2 perspectives and try to get to the real endings.
