If you had to choose a genre in otome games—comedy or drama—which one is your favorite, and why?

I would choose mystery and puzzle solving is my favourite genre in otome, I really like problem solving in games in general, paired with mystery that has plot twists which is similar to drama
 
Oh no, don't make me choose. I love both genres, although I would say that when I was younger, I used to consume much more drama than comedy. These days, I lean more toward comedy.

If I had to pick just one, it would probably have to be black comedy, the icing on my cake. Like XOXO Droplets / XOXO Blood Droplets

I really enjoy comedies with a touch of tragedy; maybe it's because I love both genres so much on their own lol
 
I prefer dramas.
Since I value the story, I like it when there's just a touch of comedy mixed in.
I enjoy seeing characters grapple with internal conflicts and the bonds that form as a result.
 
I love them both equally, but nowadays I've played more comedies, I just really enjoy lighthearted stories.
 
I enjoy both genres but it all depends on my mood to choose which game to play. I do get bored if the game solely relies on comedy instead of also developing the plot and characters. Like I want to be able to laugh but also have a story to play through
 
Drama. I think it is more interest plot wise, since the main focus of what i look in an otome is the story, and how complex it is. It makes the VN feel more immersive, after all.
