What's your favorite way of being addressed by a male character?

I think there's a bunch of how a Japanese male character would address the MC or the listener, like:
  1. omae or anta (お前, あんた)
  2. kimi (君)
  3. anata (あなた)
  4. senpai (先輩)
  5. the following honorifics like -san, -sama, -chan
  6. special pet names they gave you
Me personally, I like being called omae because I like male character who have a casual, tsundere personality and they usually called the mc like that.
I want to know what are you guys favorite, and let me know if there are any way of being addressed other than I mentioned👀

As the self-proclaimed kohai enthusiast, it would be wrong of me to say anything other than "senpai"... It's not only my favorite, but also a title I hold with honor <(˘ ˘ ˘)>

Like hell yeah I'm a hard-working woman who gets the respect I deserve from my subordinates!!! The best part, however, is that every voice calling out "senpai" tends to belong to a cute puppy-like junior!! (⸝⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝)

It's truly a rarity, but being called goshujin-sama instantly garners my interest :desire: Ojou-sama isn't a suitable substitute! It has to be goshujin-sama!

I'd say kimi and senpai are my favorites! I also love honorifics like -san, -sama, and -chan. And special pet names they come up with for the MC.

I like being called -chan or kimi! I feel like those are the kinds of nicknames that sweet and caring characters tend to use. I'm not particularly fond of being called omae, but I do love characters who use it! They tend to have that laid-back, rough-around-the-edges charm that I find really appealing.

I've been playing Utakata no Uchronia recently, and I really liked how Tobari calls the MC Hime-san! I'm not entirely sure what the nuances are between Hime-san, Hime-sama, Himegimi and just Hime though.. haha..

RELATABLE!! the feeling of asserting dominance and able to taking care over male character younger than you is 👌🏻

I think I like either kimi or anata.
Also, I really like it when men refer to themselves as watashi. XD
Ooh yes men that refer to themselves as watashi or watakushi, being called kimi or anata from either male onee-san or noble or butler type of male character like that is also nice

I have a soft spot for when a character has a nickname for the heroine; that's always been one of my favorite things.
I remember this Japanese audio drama but based on Chinese story. The male character called the listener as "Shinyue" it means "New moon". And yes it immediately be my favorite audio drama😌

I like -chan, hime-sama, and kimi! I also love and wish more games would let you choose a nickname for the MC like in Piofiore. I like keeping it as default and it makes me happy whenever the other characters call her by it.

I'm totally 50/50 on group CDs—it all depends on the production!

As for honorifics, I definitely prefer anata (あなた) or -san! An older, mature male character addressing you like that gives off such a refined, gentle, and composed vibe that instantly sells the dynamic for me.

I love being addressed as omae as well! I like it cause its usually used by delinquents or rough and tumble type of guys🤭. Idk why, kimi just feels a little bit more detached in my opinion. I want to be addressed as familiarly as possible!!

I really adore it when the love interest invents special nicknames for the mc depending on the situation and doesn't use her real name unless things get absolutely serious.
Also, first + chan is really cute! ❤
