Himehibi Princess Days for Psp or Switch (switch is better quality). Kashiwagi Pinto is the LI, he is a teacher and is also sexy

Looking for: psychological horror/fantasy, or otome games with tragic LIs. I also really like LIs with long hair (,,>﹏<,,) (any platform is fine, and it doesn't have to be localized). However, art is a pretty big thing for me.
Games I enjoyed: 9RIP, Olympia Soiree, Crazy Chain, Radiant Tale, Virche(top fave), Cafe Enchante, Ten Trials of Babel, and Escape Line. I especially loved Escape Line because of the attention to detail, philosophy, horror parts, and the really tragic LI.
Things I don't like: LIs who are horrible (abuse/noncon/manipulation/violence), dialovers. Normal modern/school/office settings (if fantasy is mixed in, then it's okay, ex: 9r.i.p.)

Sorry one more addition; I can't help my self; Soukai Buccaneers! for Vita! Its not well known but so pretty! u can try Sullyland Nusery Rhyme; it has long haired LI as well but route locked! I think the art is pretty~ U can try Ukyo's route from Amnesia Memories...LOL his route is locked so have to play all others first

You might want to check out Save the Villainess: An Otome Isekai Roleplaying Game! It's an upcoming game about a protagonist who gets trapped in a romance novel as a villainess and tries to change her fate. As far as I know, it's still in development, but it has a demo available for PC.
You could also look into Cinderella Phenomenon, a free otome game featuring a princess who gets cursed. It's not exactly an isekai or villainess story, but it might still interest you!
I haven't played either game myself, so these are just suggestions worth looking into.

You might want to check out Bewitching Sinners! It's a fantasy romance game with supernatural elements, so it might be worth looking into if you enjoy the darker, unconventional vibe of Demonheart. Another one to consider is Ebon Light, a free dark fantasy visual novel with romance.

tyyy omg sullyland has been on my to-get list from the moment the teasers were released, I'm so excited! and Amnesia was one of my first otomes and ehe I do love dear wasabi hair, both sides of him ♡(˃͈ ˂͈ )u can try Sullyland Nusery Rhyme; it has long haired LI as well but route locked! YW! hee hee Amnesia was also one of my firsts!! I love him tooo~ just remembered; If by tragic LI u mean tear-jerker back/ongoing story or routes; U can try Kannagi no Mori; its for PC and Vita but I reccomend Vita ver; its got All LIs available in one package! (and extra content i think?) art is pretty too! But the stories can have you soo teary!

Yang from Piofiore is an option. I also heavily recommend dialovers. Actually, just about every rejet game should fit your tastes... Kokuto Neji from Jack Jeanne isn't morally grey, but he has a fascinating depth and a facade to cover it. oh yes, another game I just remembered; Nil Admirari no Tenbin: Teito Genwaku Kitan has quite a few morally gray LIs! also its quite spicy!~ *wink*Hello! Ohhhh, I did play Bewitching Sinners and enjoyed it a lot, really liked the worldbuilding but wish there was more, idk, gravitas, to the story, but it won't stop me from playing the sequel
And I'll definitely check out Ebon Light, it looks very intriguing.

hmm there is Utsusemi no Meguri for Vita/Switch; mostly all love interests are Oni! The story is on the darker drama side; the art i found quite pretty!

Otome with tragic LIs and a fantasy setting mixed in, I think you should try Bad Apple Wars! It's set in an afterlife modeled after schools, kinda like Angel Beats in a way. And since everyone is dead all the LIs is pretty tragic in some way

I recommend Black Wolves Saga. You get kemonomimi boys and (psychological) horror, I think it could very well be exactly what you're looking for.
A game that's a personal favorite and not horror would be Ayakashi Gohan! At least half of the li's are yokai. It's a slice of life/healing kind of game.
Both games have an English fan patch if you're interested ^^
