Bad ending or good ending, which one do you prefer?

Bad Ending, because happy endings only make me feel happy for a short while and then I forget. If Bad endings, for some reason, are easier to remember and cherish, maybe it's because I rarely finish anything with a bad ending.

I prefer good endings, or yandere "bad" endings 😏 I don't like bad endings where everyone just dies, so I rarely read them.

Good endings, preferably. I like bad endings too, but they kind of make me feel down, and because of that, I do the bad endings before the good endings so I can finish a game on a positive note.
Also, when it comes to good endings, the ones I like the most are ones where the game gut punches your feelings over and over and gives out a well-deserved good ending after all the things you and the characters went through. :,)

I personally prefer happy endings, but bad or sad endings often leave a more lasting impression, so I don't mind them either. As for the order, I go with happy endings first, followed by bad endings.

I'm 100% Team Happy Ending. 💖 I get too attached to the characters, so seeing them hurt or get a bad ending crushes my heart! I need that sweet closure to sleep peacefully at night. 😂

I'm probably team happy endings but sometimes I prefer bad endings depending on the topic e.g. yandere or maybe best of both worlds merrybad endings... 😅

I definitely prefer happy endings. But I also like seeing the broken version in the bad ending😊

I like to collect bad endings when possible, some of them can be really unique and serves to show the characters in a different light than usual, but ultimately I would still like a happy ending or at least a bitter sweet one as a pallet cleanser.

As a long time fan of Jumin from Mystic Messenger, I think I actually prefer bad endings, since the characters will give off yandere vibes!! There's just something about seeing that obsessive, possessive side of a character that makes the bad endings so satisfying ヽ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ

Oh God, so hard to pick. I love both, sometimes the good end just not enough to satisfy me, it lacking sth, I need more thrill, so bad end is added up more tension to the progress, it also encouraged me to collect all endings too

I prefer good endings. But what I enjoy most is discovering every single ending a game has to offer—bad endings, good endings, and true endings alike! 😊

Definitely good! I always like to get the full experience of a game so Ill play trough all the bad routes/endings as well, but I cant say Ive ever preferred one over the good endings.

I like the basic happy ending, but I like the Mary Bed ending🥹💖
I like endings that are happy for the protagonist but bittersweet—somewhat dark chocolate-like—whether from the social perspective or the heroine's point of view🍫

Good endings, I want to end the game feeling happy, although I do see the value on bad ends, but I prefer to remember the game on a final happy note

For me the bad ending and happy ending is just meh! The ending that I'm always looking for does it make sense with the stories. Sometimes, problem solve happily ever after is just meh. I want ending where male lead and female lead navigating together and reach ending that could be sad ir happy but I don't have problem solve or unsolved in bad way. I want story to be smooth and an ending that could be sad but still it make sense with the story rather than bad ending or it could be other ways. So I am really looking for how story writer brings stories that make senses not randomly throwing out of the boxed the end.

A fulfilling/unique bad ending is better than a mediocre/average good ending. Chou no Doku Shiba's Bad End 2 (iirc) for example.
