I usually prefer breaking it into tracks over time! (ฅ́˘ฅ̀)♡ I just like taking my time with it instead of listening to everything at once. Sometimes I listen to one track before bed and continue the next day, it gives me something to look forward to hehe 🎧💗
Also if I really like a track, there's a good chance I'll end up replaying it over and over before I can even move on to the next one and then somehow it takes me forever to finish the whole CD 😭 I just can't help it. Sometimes I even forget where I left off because I keep going back to the same tracks hehe.
I guess I'm just the type who likes to take things slow and get attached along the way (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
Sorry, I use a translator, so please forgive me if there are any mistakes! 🥹💕

Break it into tracks.

I need to take a breath or process what happened in that track (especially when there's no translation available). Some R18 drama CDs do have a heavy story, so... I really need to listen to it slower than the ones that go straight to bed scenes without needing my brain to work lol

Most of the time, I try to listen to the entire audio because the storytelling and plot are crucial for building the emotional momentum that leads up to the R-18 scenes 😆. I only skip the foreplay if it drags on for too long and moves too slowly; I'm not the type who enjoys sitting through 30 minutes of foreplay 😂.

it changes based on mood, the drama CD and the vibes. Sometimes I'll just skip the plot and go straight to the banging, sometimes I'll just listen to it all from the beginning and other times I'd just stop in the middle and do something else lmao

Break it into tracks. Since you have to understand the tightly woven CD content, it takes time.
And when delivering an unexpected line, i need time to overreact.😂😂like"oh my...Saying this here?!?!"

I also tend to listen to an entire work at once whenever possible! For me, the gradual buildup of the story between the two is what matters until the R18 scene 😚 I always play all the tracks in order first, then listen to the ones I like lol I like to loop the R18 scenes and the everyday conversations from then👂❤️

Sometimes the story are repetitive, i only listening in one full sitting. If it is unquie stories that have mystery, I might listen those. Its rare to find mystery and horror vibes drama cd in this nowadays. I only find like one series in the summer this year that's it. Its about a mystery village that are separate and they have unique rituals that they need to complete or else they will be curse. Male leads and female lead are trying to survival through that and broke the forbidden taboos and trying to free from the curse. Its pretty good story that I finished listening with no skipping. The side characters are stand out well and improvethe quality in the drama cd.

I prefer the whole track in 1 go. But there are some case where the tag warned us ab the tension, so I always jumped to that part first to check if it really worth it and then back to the beginning to understand the plot. The pain, the complexity the conflictedddddd

My preference would be to listen to the whole in one sitting, but it rarely works that way so I often have to continue from where I left off. After the first listen I like to also replay here and there because it's kind of sad(?) to just hear it once and move on.

I like to listen to the whole track from the beginning if I can, but if I think the story is not that enjoyable I sometimes skip ahead.

i like to listen to the whole cd from the beginning with no skipping. it may not be in one sitting (i be falling asleep sue me they got soothing voices) but i do make sure to restart the track if i missed anything. i dont really like skipping things because next thing i know ill miss a climax part and get to the end and be like wait wheres the climax??? i be getting lost skimming through the tracks tryna find where the part i missed start that i end up just relistening to the whole track.

I usually listen to the whole track from start to finish first so it's easier to get the full story, and then I just go back to my favorite parts later.

I definitely prefer listening to it in one sitting the first time, then if I want to, I would jump to certain scenes during the replay. Skipping straight to the climax scenes for the first listen feels illegal to me :ROFLMAO:
