Do you guys listen to otome drama CDs before bed?

I remember that I used to listen like 2 hours of drama CD before bed (without falling asleep, as I'm the type that needs complete silence for sleep), every single day, and it helped my immersion towards the language lmaoo
Definitely bad for my sleeping hours though, god knows how much is my sleep debt since.
 
It's so interesting a lot of ppl find it easy to sleep to.. maybe I haven't listened to it enough, I can barely listen while working.. I end up immersing or day dreaming 😭

The number of nights I don't listen to anything before bed is probably in the single digits per year, kinda worry that I'm gonna wreck my hearing way too early though 😂
