Do you finish all routes? Or games you have quit in middle

Honestly, I find it impossible to finish all the routes because it's so time-consuming and I have so many other games I want to play. I usually return a few weeks later, or whenever I feel like it, to get more routes, though. It takes me months or even a year to fully complete a game.. 😅

I have only played all routes in a handful of games, but I mostly only play the free mobile ones. Any games I spend money on, I plan on completing everyone eventually.

If I like a game enough to finish one route all the way through, I generally am down to try and finish all of them.

I have an TDH and I always have difficulty finishing all the routes, so I started with the character I like the least to force me to finish all the routes, I also feel that it depends if it is a very long game, I will only go with my first three favorite characters.

I try to 100% complete my games, but if a route feels like a total chore or the chemistry is completely dead, I have zero shame in dropping it. Life is too short to force yourself through routes with LIs you can't stand, especially when you've already finished your absolute favorites and got your happy endings. Unless a route is mandatory to unlock the true end or reveal the overarching plot, I'll gladly quit midway and move on to the next title!

I will almost always play all the routes if the game is good enough, but i actually rage quit star crossed lovers, i got fed up with the main character, who never listens to others, character tells her to stay in the room, she instantly leaves and gets in trouble, and she does this all the time... So frustrating to read this kind of stuff haha.

There are few games I've played all the way through. There's always some character who fails to capture my attention, leaving their route unplayed, or perhaps an ending that doesn't interest me.

I really love collecting CGs. And even if I don't like a character, I'll still 100% their route. Though I can end up putting the game aside for a couple of weeks.

Hmm, I usually starts with my favorites (the most attractive ones, or the ones voiced by those I really like), and if the others LIs haven't convinced me that they're likeable... I do the other routes on fastforward xD but I will finish the game! For the CGs!

i try to complete every route since it gives me a complete understanding of the game and love interests but if the route is REALLY bad and boring it puts me off the game and i just end up switching to another one

I don't think I've ever played through every single route in a game. There are just too many games to play and not enough time! Instead, I'm happy just reading other people's reviews and spoilers for the parts I didn't get to play myself

I almost always play all routes. I play otome games for the story so it wouldn't make sense for me to play only one or some routes. Also, it's always a nice surprise when a LI I wasn't initially interested in becomes a fave hehe. There are times when I might get bored and when that happens I usually just take a break. Unless I'm super frustrated and disappointed with the game, I don't usually quit in the middle. There has been a few times where I had to skip a LI's route but only because I couldn't force myself to play it.

I wouldn't skip chapters in a book, and visual novels are like that to me. I can understand not doing every route in F2P mobile games and stuff like that, but I like story-heavy console/PC otome games, so the idea of skipping a whole route in what I play is unthinkable to me. The one time I ran into a route I hated so much that I almost dropped the game entirely, it was for a guy I had thought I would like, and when I stuck through for the rest of the game, the guy I thought was super boring at first glance ended up being one of my most enjoyed. I think it's always good to be open to pleasant surprises like that as well as to get the full story and worldbuilding of what you're reading. Even if I hate a character, I'll still want to do their route so I can hate on them while being properly informed about what I'm hating, and I'll make the experience more enjoyable by complaining to my best friend about what sucks while I play.

Even if a game's story is boring or just not my thing, once I start it, I have to finish it no matter what. I wonder why I'm like this... I need to 100% every route, whether it's a happy ending or a bad ending. I won't stop until I get all the endings.

I'm the type of person who has to finish every route—though if the game allows it, I'll play the ones I like first, and then the others. I just really like seeing that 100% completion mark and having everything unlocked.
