I don't know much about tips on actual MMD animation but I do know that they use an edited sinbag and thats a different thing. The base that they probably used, https://bowlroll.net/file/103964 . Do know that these do not come with a penis and you will have to do the same edits that they did for the motion to match perfectly. But remember its gotta match the same bone names and all like the app tells ya. I think its M10 with the rope removed and entire body material turned into that dark purple ish gloss.
I don't know what they used for the penis so if anyone else knows...
Anyways lots of yapping from me someone can comment if I'm wrong

To use them, you need to download the videos and play them with the VLC media player. In the top menu bar, under 'Video', you can select the video track (this lets you switch between the different visual versions). The same goes for the audio: under 'Audio', you can switch between BGM, SFX, and (my) Edit.

Everything is kept at the highest possible quality. In all the BGM versions, I've added an edited audio track so that it includes both BGM and SFX.

There's a point where the SFX videos are longer than the BGM ones, so from that point onward I started separating them (and from there it also became harder to make the edits). In some cases, I took the opportunity to create an extended version of the BGM variants, always respecting the original video and only slightly extending the ending where the original video cut off.

And as side note, I get doing the whole multiple video and audio tracks thing, but personally I don't see much of a reason to make files with multiple video tracks. The video player on my PC doesn't even allow me to set a shortcut key to switch video tracks conveniently, probably because that's not usually a thing and my video player on my phone doesn't even have the option to change video tracks, so personally I'm just splitting the files back apart into two video files instead. It makes a lot of sense to have multiple audio tracks and I wish some creators would learn you can do that because it saves space since you only need a single video file for any audio variations that way, but it doesn't really make sense to have multiple video tracks because you're not really saving much space since the video track makes up the largest part of the file size of a video file anyway and you just end up having really large file sizes like here now instead of two files that would basically just add up to the same total file size. It's just a personal preference thing maybe, but yeah I don't see any convenience in multiple video tracks.
I also wouldn't be surprised if some people downloaded these without even realizing there's multiple video tracks even if you explained it in your initial post.

Edit: Nvm, I didn't wanna bother splitting all the video files up again so I just subbed to his Patreon. Here's the video I couldn't download and weirdly enough the two versions are combined not even 3GB so I'm not sure what that combined file that's over 6GB in the PikPak folder actually is then.
