Do we need to notify the moderators when we fulfill a request so it can be moved to the fulfilled section?

the short answer is no, but perhaps, I will figure out away to allow thread creator to self-serve this

I recommend posting on the request your thread link so we can easily see the correlation :) as we manually move works from request to completed.

Yea seems so >.< if there is a way to self serve this like checkmate said would be better for u guys. doing it seems boring and tiresome. thanks for ur hard work!

I think making a new prefix "Fulfilled" would be helpful in sections that don't have their own Fulfilled section. It makes it easier to filter too

that could be helpful but the original thread owner would need to edit it and most of the time they dont go back to edit the thread.
