What character from other media would be a perfect LI in an otome?

ive been thinking about this for a quite while, dan heng from honkai star rail is quite fitting for an otome game love interest. he would be the protective childhood friend one!! T_____T

I agree lol for me, not just Sakura but everyone in Wind Breaker seems suitable to be an LI in otome games! lol

Other than Wind Breaker characters, probably Thoma from Genshin Impact. He's really sweet and would be a great LI in otome games. His cutscene when throwing a spear to save traveler completely caught me off guard! His hangout event CG even looks like an otome game lol

Isara Mao from Ensemble Stars and Oguro Kafka from 18trip, but since they're both from joseimuke games, that's pretty much the intent behind their characters and I fell for it hard 😭

Let me present entire cast of "Haikyuu" They are all so sweet and unique. It will make a wonderful and wholesome otome game (Which are rare). It will have a lot of LIs and everyone will love it. The best part is that the hypothetical MC could form connections with the characters without being the therapist.

Every good-looking character designed by Tetsuya Nomura in the Final Fantasy games should honestly be in an otome game. 😂

But for me, Rufus Shinra is number one. He really should have been in an otome game. He's such a charismatic, authoritarian CEO. Exactly the kind of character I'd want to romance.

Perhaps an unpopular choice but I'd go with Freminet who would make for a lovely younger LI option. I often think about saving stealing him from the clutches of Genshin Impact... he's got a solid character identity and base background for a lower rarity character in a gacha game and it would be so endearing to see him slowly open up to his heroine in an otome route with his very shy demeanour. Amazing design as well.

Mizuki is the cutiest patootie to ever cutie patootie! I think all the Kamikiss boys would make great otome LIs... I'd love to see an Akura-ou route too.

Akagami no Shirayuki-hime：
I absolutely adore Obi.
The absolute trust between him and Shirayuki is so incredibly captivating...

Chihayafuru：
I love everything about Arata as a character.
He was my first love when it came to glasses-wearing characters.
I loved the atmosphere between him and Chihaya so much back then,
which made the ending hurt that much more...
At the time, I really wished there could be a game adaptation,
so we could see the world where he had his own route...

Oresama Teacher：
There are so many charming characters in this series, but here are my personal picks：

Okegawa:
The bancho's girlish side is so adorable, and his bizarre pen-pal relationship with Mafuyu is just too cute.

Ayabe:
He's so good at taking care of people, he's a great cook, and he's just such a reassuring presence.
(That beauty mark right under his eye is so damn sexy....)
Since he's the eldest son who takes all the burdens onto himself,
I really want to see him finally let his guard down and show his love to the person he likes.

Maizono:
A bizarre man with an offbeat way of thinking, with naughty thoughts and M fantasies constantly fluttering around in his head.
 
idk, but when i was watching hananoi-kun to koi no yamai, i thought hananoi would just work better as an 8 hour otome route. i think hes too messy for the shoujo genre personally (but i dont really read shoujo after junior high anymore so what can i say) and thought it would take forever for the manga to end
also cain from promise of wizard, i just wanna date him lol
 
The entire cast of Yona of the Dawn would make such a good otome game!!

I miss when shoujo anime would often get otome game adaptations, they don't really make them anymore :(
Games like Ouran Highschool Host Club (DS & PS2), Vampire Knight (DS), Skip Beat! (PS2), Hana Yori Dango (DS), Kimi ni Todoke (DS).
