I feel like there are so many good otome games, anime, manga and drama CDs that barely get talked about compared to the popular titles.
It doesn't have to be just games either! Drop your underrated otome game, manga/manhwa, drama CD, anime, or even a specific route/character that you think deserves way more love. So drop your hidden gems! It can be an old game, an indie title, a drama CD series, a character route, or anything else you think deserves WAY more attention.
Tell us what makes it worth checking out too story, characters, LIs, voice acting, atmosphere, or just the overall experience. I wanna discover some new gems from you guys ^^/

There's one I re-descovered not long ago. Cinderella Phenomenon. I believe it's not entirely unpopular as it got a fandisk but it gets rarely talked about. When I rediscovered it I was surprised it was an indie itch.io game, that's how good it was.
It's a really sweet and warm story about discovering oneself and changing for the better. The writing is good, there are a few CG's and the art is good too.
You can get the original game for free on both Itch.io and steam. I hope it can hit your spot!

for me underated game would be Freak-Quency by XERO i remember discovering it on another forum in 2014 and i didn't find a lot of people who knew about it , it's the Prequel of AMPLITUDE which is on steam the author also made bewitching sinner which is SO GOOOD (the art , the story and the voices wow) it's in itch dot io ,underrated anime for me would be Zetsuen no Tempest i love the mystery and the relationship between the characters and the plot takes some time to unravel and i like it and also the art is nice and opening is fireee tooo

i feel like norn9 is criminally underrated... the plot is pretty simple haha but imo that's okay because where the game shines is in its character cast! they feel so full of life ough and i really love how, by playing through all the different routes, it's the characters' perspective on the journey that you get to explore, and see how that single change (of which pair and/or dynamics to observe) ripples to affect others, too!

Please save my earth is extremely underrated imo. I'm usually not that into manga, but I just had to finish it, since OVA doesn't cover everything. Old, but gold

Seventh Heaven, its a drama CD by Rejet. Each volume is about a different MC who is about to commit suicide before a shinigami stops her and offers to give her a painless death, so long as she remains with them in a hidden mansion until the next full moon.

Listen to this CD for free depression LMAO I cried my fucking eyes out oh my god, it made me contemplate about life so much and just the hardships of suffering and death and holy shit this HURT ME so bad 💔💔 I need someone to join me in my lonely puddle of tears
