It's not necessarily my absolute favorite, but I was pretty impressed with Bustafellows's settings menu, it has a really cool, tech-savvy vibe. Plus, I love how certain background elements are animated while playing, like the crackling fire in the fireplace. I find those little details super neat!

Idk if this counts, but I've always loved the P3 Portable title screen :)
The music is so nice. (And I love Kotone...! (╥ ω ╥))

Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side Premium 3rd Story has my favorite title screen of all time. The way all the boys greet you when you start the game makes my heart feel warm every single time I play.
