Thanks for the upload, but I can't complete the Japanese input check screen. It asks me to write 'ちゅあぶるそふと', but when I do so and press Enter, the text transforms into something like 'g驎驎M{驎', so I can't play it even with a locale emulator or by changing the system location to Japanese. It also doesn't let you paste text, and compatibility mode doesn't fix it either.

Maybe it's because is a 15 years old game... but, does anyone know how to complete or bypass it?

Solution found!

I received a kind DM telling me that I had to write in katakana instead of hiragana, it's true! You have to write:
チュアブルソフト

I was still experiencing problems with the text getting corrupted when I pressed Enter, but I found a solution by testing it in virtual machines:
Control Panel/Clock & Region/Region/Administrative/Language for non-Unicode programs/Japanese (Japan)
Restart

That was probably the only region option that I didn't change before :/
I wouldn't recommend doing this on your main system because it could cause other programs to malfunction. However, with this setting, the game launches without the locale emulator and the Japanese keyboard works properly.
