I seriously considered picking this guy in my first post. I thought some of the other LIs in Yoshiwara Higanbana had their jerk moments but Shigure is #1 jerk supreme, no competition. And I agree, I do not understand why he thought what he did was a good idea?? I very much questioned both his and the MC's sanity during his route.

I've been thinking about it, but if i have to slap someone that would be Kanato Sakamaki from diabolik lovers, i dont play the game, only see him in anime and drama cd, everytime he screams and start acting bipolar, speaking whatever shit on his mind, i wanna bitch slap him so hard to make him shut up. he's so insufferable and menacing it gives me the irk, especially when he shows yui that bride corpses chamber, wtf??

I Played Through His DLC And I Just Hate Him More , I Do Not Like Meta Elements As A Plot Device (Just Read My Review Of The Game) . Also The Fact That I Felt Like A Mistress Sneaking Around Possessing My Girl Natsuki And How He Treats Her So Badly , I Will Dip Him In Tar If I Have The Ability ~
The Worst Part Is Having His Backstory Just Told To Us By Lovely Akina (Love Her <3 <3 ) When We Already Got A WHOLE BACKSTORY SCENE ; Btw He Never Explains Any Of This To The Player Or Natsuki , Just A Cheating Scumbag . . . Also His Physical Abuse Is Horrible To The Heroine With Constantly Knocking Her Out !

I Really Wish His Route Focused On His Actual Real Life Problems With Depression , Disassociation And His Shizophrenia . . . .

I ended up really liking this character.
I thought the changes in both of their feelings throughout his route were written really well.

It's just that, at the beginning, because he didn't want Miu ( heroine ) to get too involved with the band's vocalist, Narumi, and affect the group dynamic, and because he was afraid Narumi would get hurt,
he pulled some shitty moves on Miu.
You can't help but join Miu in cursing him out....thankfully, Miu actually slaps him in his route lol.

After finding out about his past and seeing what he'd been through,
my heart really ached for him. But I still wanted to tell him,
"That's not an excuse for hurting Miu! Now treat her properly and cherish her！"


Mejojo and Auger（The crazy cat twins in BWS）：
During their main routes, it was so fucking infuriating watching the heroine, Fiona,
get psychologically and physically tortured by these two lunatics...
Thankfully, Julian's TE and the Wolf Tribe routes have plenty of scenes where they die in all kinds of gruesome ways, which is honestly so satisfying.....

With Mejojo, you can at least say that he's basically someone whose mental problems were caused by the trauma he went through in the past. Deep down, he still has some humanity left...
But Auger is just cruel by nature, and he's the kind of person who genuinely finds other people's suffering entertaining...I seriously just want to strangle him...
What gets me, though, is that when he was a kid,
there was actually a period when he genuinely liked his older brother Mejojo.
So what the hell happened to him that turned him into "this"...?
( The game never really goes into it in much depth. )

So I basically just interpret him as someone who was born with an extremely strong predisposition toward madness—like a black hole in his psyche that was incredibly sensitive to certain triggers and eventually dragged him down into complete ruin...
But honestly, the contrast between his outward smile and that cold, ruthless side underneath is really memorable.

The only character I felt like jumping into the game and slapping myself was Okita from Hakuoki, back when he told the MC she didn't belong in the Shinsengumi, that actually hurt my feelings too lol. Another time I thought, "Girl, just slap him so he snaps out of it," was also in Hakuoki, but with Heisuke. What was cool was that she actually did slap him, there was even a CG and everything XD When I played for the first time, I felt a real connection with Chizuru at that moment because she did exactly what I was thinking she should do and because of that this is one of my favorite moments in this game. Now, as for Ruki Mukami... I'd love to give him a good, hard kick right between his legs

Every LI in Dynamic Chord feat. Liar-s. They being terrible at the MC or looking the other way while one of them was being a jerk to her, I can't, I just can't. Maybe Chiya can be spared but I haven't finished his route so idk if he is a a***ole too. Dude, a girl is being mistreated and toyed with, you can't whistle, look away and pretend nothing's happening... also, a wake up slap for the MC to see if she can stand for herself and a please-notice-your-daughter-is-having-problems-slap to her parents... gosh, that family is so useless :forsaken:
