It's just the game's built-in mechanics. You have to trigger a random dialogue first to get the 'sex' option. Once it shows up and you pick it, the game rolls another RNG for pregnancy. There's no pity system for either of these random checks. So, if you're lucky, you might get the option several times in a row, or even hit the jackpot on the second roll on your very first try. But if RNGesus isn't on your side, you could go through dozens of dialogues without triggering it once.

This mod removes the mosaic censorship of the Retail PC, Android, or Mac versions of Honey Village.
Not all uncensored assets have been leaked, yet. I've so far only been able to get them for the scenes 00, 01,02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 39, and 41. All other scenes do not use original assets, but instead have been redrawn. The modified executable "may" trip some anti-virus programs, because the original already does.
One Succubus sex scene looks kinda broken, but that's just how the dev made it and not an issue with this mod.
