Plus it'd also be kind of hard for me to concentrate on the audio when outdoors, with all the inevitable noise and activity around.
haha we're the same team. exactly like you describe. i prefer listening rated +situation cd at night before sleep. get a mood is a must while listening to themI pretty much never listen to otome CDs during the day, whether they're R18 or not. To me, otome CDs are very much a nocturnal enjoyment -- when the sky/room is dark, all is quiet around me, and there are little to no distractions, it's much easier to "get in the mood" for a sexy story, haha. So yeah, I listen to them basically only before I sleep at night, and typically while lying in bed. I also don't listen to otome CDs AT ALL when I'm outside/commuting/on the go, because I reckon I'd get weirdly self-conscious about people "being able to hear" what I'm listening to, especially with a guy panting and moaning into my ears.Plus it'd also be kind of hard for me to concentrate on the audio when outdoors, with all the inevitable noise and activity around.
I'm honestly quite surprised that some of you actually listen to otome CDs while gaming or doing household chores. I know I could never -- I need to focus 100% on listening to the CD.![]()
.30 minute exactly coz i don't wanna my tinnitus getting worse

That's so me— sometimes i restrict myself from listening to any cd dramas for a whole day and when it's time to sleep i start playing one and 10-30min later i fall asleep and when i wake up i regret sleeping through it cuz now i need to RELISTEN TO IT- and one time it happened to me to have to relisten to it 6 times in a row cuz i kept on falling asleep..(not even bc it was a boring one but just that whenever i was on my bed listening to it..idk my body was giving up and in sleep mode…)I mainly listen to them at night before i sleep too because i like winding down right before sleeping! But sometimes I do end up falling asleep halfway through and end up needing to listen to it again since I did not pay attention to the 2nd half of it![]()
I would like to ask someone who can finish listening to the drama CD until the end at night for tips! Is there anyone
Or is there no one
lolThere are a lot of people who listen to it before going to bed at night and have the problem of falling asleepI would like to ask someone who can finish listening to the drama CD until the end at night for tips! Is there anyone

lol

Thank you for your replyI'm not sure if I would call this tips lol, but I realised that if I am lying down completely on the bed, it makes it easier for me to fall asleep accidentally. So instead, I would lie a little more upright with my pillow supporting my back, and then if I start feeling even a tiny bit sleepy, I would sit upright like 90 degrees to get rid of my sleepiness haha
This kinda worked for me![]()

lol

At the very beginning I needed translation tools to keep up with the story, so I only listened by day and loved all the whispery ear play scenes. I'd fall asleep super fast at night 'cause I couldn't catch the dialogue. After years of listening, I'm totally used to playing them before bed now. Listening in daylight just feels like Japanese practice to me lol
or it'd be so embarrassing. And I can't play it out loud on speakers either. Usually,Of course, wearing headphones still gives the best experience.I only listen to it when I have plenty of free time and complete privacy. Most of the time, it's at night or in the early morning hours.
