yatomomin/yamamoto tomomitsu for me! i love her ntr series!! her men are always really hot, while her women are tiny, soft and squishy, just how i love it >.< she also keeps a good balance between male and female eroticism in her works, which i appreciate a lot :)
a bit unrelated, but i like works that showcase the womans body, so if theres no focus on the woman, i tend to find such works quite boring. tomomitsu actually succeeds at representing both, which is great for me!

aizawa anji is another good one. she definitely loves her size kink.. HAHA and her men are so attractive and masculine.. especially their noses....!!!!! (weird thing to notice but youll know if you read her works) and omg the way she draws male characters NOSEBLEED during sex scenes is so hot........!!!!!!

I also want to recommend a doujin from Jagi Iwa (RJ01538553 from DLsite garumani). I really love the story (and the ending ;;;) and the artwork is really good too.

for me, it's umekoppe-sensei. their yandere men will never disappoints you!! and the snu snu scene is so delishhhh. if you're into hot scummy yanderes, I'll recommend this author to y'all!!

Seconding on yatomomin/yamamoto tomomitsu, they're so good and I can't wait for their next release at the end of August of this year and the one that's coming up this December. I've consumed every single thing they've released, even the untranslated ones.

My #1 is Overkill (Bita). Their story revolves around rofan theme which i loved the most. Somehow every story written by them are my exact type, combined with their peak artstyle it's absolute cinema.

All the Yatomomin enjoyers in the thread my people. Her works were some of the first I discovered when I was first getting into female-orientated doujinshi so I have a huge soft spot for her stuff.

My absolute favourite work is 仕事ができない榊くんは夜だけ有能 by ぽつねんじん. I love the whole series so I really recommend all of it, especially to fellow 年下攻め lovers but ngl the eroticism is so good I think people who don't usually like younger MLs could enjoy it too. There's also a voice drama version

An author I adore is Rifuroom/Rifuru. She's definitely not for everyone since a lot of her stuff is shota(bait), dansei-uke type of stories. Though her recent series features same-age childhood friends.
But anyway I love her a lot. She has mastered the erotic appeal of a helpless desperate blushing younger guy and the allure of an onee-san type character making him break. She is also cool on social media always posting illustrations and manuscript progress across her 3 accounts lol.
My fave work by her is ぼくたちはお姉ちゃんの虜 which... actually isnt in the otome/joseimuke section she used to draw danseimuke doujinshi before switching and it was published there but I enjoyed it anyway. Its a trio ML harem story and of course the best ML is the otouto.
