Do you care more about the heroine's character design or the romanceable characters'?

For me, it's important what the main character looks like. If i don't like her appearance, then i prefer not to play this otome.
 
That makes a lot of sense. Since the heroine is the character we spend the most time with, her personality really sets the tone.
The love interests are important too, but they should complement her rather than overpower her.
 
I think both are important. The heroine and romanceable characters should both have good designs.
 
I care more about the character designs of the romanceable characters.

After all, they're the characters I'm going to pursue and hopefully fall in love with during the game.

That said, the heroine's character design is important to me as well.

I've played several otome games, and most heroines are very cute, so I usually grow attached to them too.

However, character design isn't the most important thing to me. I care more about the story, the voice acting, and the characters' personalities and actions.
