Do game spoilers (plot, CG, etc.) bother you? Or do you prefer seeing them?

For slice-of-lifey games, nope. I don't mind spoilers for them! For more of the plot-heavy, fantasy ones, I do.

There are some exceptions though where I seek out spoilers for the latter. Nothing too big, I just need to know if anyone important to me dies or it's bittersweet 😭 I don't get the same satisfaction as others in angst if I don't know for sure things will be solved later.

they don't bother me that much! i usually don't go looking for spoilers, and if i see them by accident, i forget them VERY soon😔 i once started watching an anime, spoiled myself about one character dying, laughed A LOT about it with a friend.. a bit later that character became my favorite and i was shocked when he died wwww i forgot about it completely...
it usually happens when i'm not very invested in a plot/character yet, so i don't care for the twists and don't keep them in mind. and when i know i like something a lot, i try to stay away from at least very detailed spoilers! it's not that hard for me.
still, even if i get spoiled about almost everything, playing the game myself gets me so immersed that i experience very strong emotions anyway...!

I don't mind spoilers too much as long as it's not something too big or part of the main mystery or plot twist of the game. If it's something basic like secret routes, a scene you can miss if you make a certain choice or CGs from bad endings without context, it's all good for me.

Honestly not really lol, I'm weirdly unbothered by spoilers of any kind. I know that's not common (or that's what I've usually observed on social media) but I just don't mind knowing things in advance

I don't like spoilers at all for games, novel, movie, etc.. i think they are called spoilers for a reason. Even if I replay or rewatch something I liked it's never as good as the first time

I actually actively search for spoiler cgs, stories, etc., since I like to have a good idea of what I'm about to read and face :v Also, when reading a guide, it normally has some spoilers so yeh :Ddd

On the other hand, spoiler cgs, including the major plot points, still feel more like just a picture to me rather than anything specific. They actually make me curious about the possible context for that cg, so I tend to get more interested and willing to play!

If the spoiled part is a big reveal, I can always wait a bit before playing its since I'm kinda forgetful xDddd. The only thing is, might I be a bit disappointed if the way it gets to the spoiled part is not that good Dx.

I Honestly can't say I'm mad when I come across spoilers there is so much noise and so many new/old releases I haven't gotten to; it all tends to get buried. So seeing a spoiler or a pretty CG that peeks my interest will definitely make me pick up the game

Personally, I don't use spoilers to decide what games to play. I decide by reading the synopsis and checking the tags on VNDB. So I don't like spoilers of any kind.

虽然我并不反感剧透,但有时还是会想,如果我没有被剧透,那么看到这里时会不会感到惊喜呢,没了这种惊喜感会稍微有点失望。(´-﹏-`;)

Although I don't mind spoilers, sometimes I still wonder if I would feel pleasantly surprised if I hadn't been spoiled. Without that sense of surprise, I would feel slightly disappointed.(´-﹏-`;)

If it's just a CG then it's okay but anything more than that is no good.
Usually, if I'm bored, a spoiler CG motivates me to finish the game.

I don't want the story spoiled, but i like to see the cgs so i know what to look forward too. Also i like to find out what kind of personalities love interests have.

I don't really like spoilers, but sometimes without a little bit of spoilers, I just can't get interested in a game. So when I want to get interested in a game, I'll read a few spoilers from others. Normally, once I decide I'm going to play a game, I stop looking at any information about it.

They don't bother me usually, in fact, these can give you things to look forward to (or to beware of I guess...)

I personally like it when I got a lil spoiler, cause that way I don't have to replay the game to see/feel the premonition / easter eggs thrown all over the route, cause you already know the outcome..
but I guess it depends on the scenario style and quality.. if it's a really detailed one, definitely would love to be spoiled so I can enjoy those little details along the way even more <3

Although I see many spoiled stories of the game, almost all of them are based on the spoiler's own opinion and not the true story at all, and when I play the game it usually looks like a totally different story. The description of the game, praise or criticism don't make sense. It is a unique journey to each person so get spoiled is not a big deal for otome games. But it would be useful when people only want happy ends and the end names in the walkthrough are not obvious.

I'm kinda ok with any kind of spoilers. Almost always it will only spark my interest, not spoil, lol. And I'm all for bad endings spoilers, I don't read them unless it's forced. Enough sad things in real life. X(
