Attack on Titan
I have seen mixed opinions about it, specifically when discussing the ending and how it handles certain topics. Despite its flaws I still love the story, the action sequences and the OST. A "I'm glad I got to watch it in this lifetime" series for me
 
I have wayyyy too many to even know where to begin haha. One of my first favorites when I was young was Saber Marionette J though.

Fullmetal alchemist, Blue exorcist, Death note, Air gear, and Shaman king.
 
One Piece.
There are plenty of other anime that I love dearly, but One Piece will always be "the son of Mom's friend."
