Do you play R18 Otome Games?

I do! Speakeasy and Heart Cage makes me want more. I loved the setting and art in Speakeasy, and I was swooned by the characters in Heart Cage (the anatomy in there is a bit...eh but the I liked the writing enough to overlook it)

There aren't many in English, it's disappointing when companies bring the censored version to the West. I'm not sure MTL is reliable for R18 games... Kalmia8 has two translated games but they don't suit my taste. The guys' designs and CGs don't appeal to me, there's a lot of focus on the MC's body I don't know what I'm saying haha.

WELL, I had a very interesting time with Jooibachi. It was my first full on 18+ otome game, so I was not prepared lol. I heard a lot of things about it but still it was not enough. Surprisingly, I kind of enjoyed the game and even found first MC's development beautiful in some routes. Also really liked the twist in Menou's game, full horror and terror actually! Really want to play the Persona and Chou no Doku :unsure:

Not yet but this thread made me want to play some, I'm already saving the names on a list to look for it!

I've played only a few, not really interested in them. The last one i read was koezaru wa akai hana

I play quite a lot of games, and what mainly catches my attention in the titles is the art. I'm trying to play some older ones, like Sumire no Tsubomi and Jingi Naki Otome. A's Ring's games are my favorites, especially Enkan no Memoria. It was actually because of Persona ~Opera Za no Kaijin~ that I went looking for Sumire; their Hoshi no Oujo games seem to be very good too. I also really like Koezaru wa Akai Hana, but I always hear mixed opinions about it.

Not really, because mostly otome r18 always in PC, and i prefer play otome games in switch.

I've played some like Koezaru and Chou no Doku, Yoshiwara Higanbana etc but I have not 100% completed them all. These games also have Switch versions where they took out the adult content and added extra scenarios. It is quite tiring from my perspective because I want to spend time playing new games but I also don't want to "miss" the new things they added. I have put them on my infinite backlog.

Sadly these days we don't have many R18 games anymore. There hasn't been something special to catch my eye, I feel conflicted when a new R18 game appears, I'm caught between "must appreciate it because it's rare" and "meh it seems very...uninteresting..." Holding those conflicted feelings, I just go play all-ages games instead 😄

Yes even tho most of them have been in Japanese since i feel like most of them r either getting censored or never localised for us 💔💔 when i think that as hentai games or bl games we should have the option to be able to peak these games too !! Cuz some of them are quite interesting and have a big lore behind them!

i finished chou no doku a while ago , i would play the switch and r18 version together so i could see the r18 scenes lol and right now i'm playing torikago no marriage, im really enjoying it !

I play R18 otome games. Personally, I think R18 otome games have their own unique appeal. That's why I like them, and I want to try playing even more titles.

I actually play more R18 BL than otome since it's way more common in that space. I wish the bigger otome companies would put out more +18 content honestly, but I get that if their main target is Switch releases it's pretty much impossible

Yes I mostly play these nowadays. Having to rely on machine translation and lack of accessibility makes the playtime take longer but I prefer the adult content/themes. I've played a lot of aromarie games, torikago no marriage, some of jooubachi no oubou and other random titles. I jump around a lot and won't do routes I don't care for unless it's required.

I've played a few: Ijiwaru My Master, Under the Moon, Heart Cage, and I'm not sure if it's considered an "otome" game, but I've played the entire Kankinkon series and most of Dusk's games. They tend to be much shorter than regular games, but I haven't found one I really like or can overlook the art style.

Nope. Partly because Switch doesn't allow it, and honestly good lol. I prefer traditional otome anyway — the R18 ones always feel more rushed/low budget to me compared to regular otoge.

I just finished playing another R18 otome, and goodness me I feel like they go really degenerate with the tropes here, well I feel like it would be a given but it feels like a lot for some of these games haha.

I do! Charater's "Ha Ha" voice is my focus point! Good spirit health life XD (what are you saying

I've only played Fashioning Little Miss Lonesome. I don't mind R18 otome games at all, but I don't think there are many available in English

I don't play R18 otome games. In my view, they are boring, cliché, and completely fail to touch the soul. Therefore, I prefer to consume R18 content exclusively within the BL genre.
I also want to add that in standard otome games, I feel the love between the characters much more strongly than in 18+ otome games. I know that sounds strange.

I don't mind R18 otome games, but I live with others and they sometimes come into my room so I would be super embarassed to play them while they're there lol
