This is the retail version, but the dev is running an ONLINE version check at game start.

Basically, it will check your game version and see if it matches the dev's list at:
http://jaxycreate.com/8bitMonster/8M_1.txt
If the version doesn't match or the ONLINE check fails (eg, no network connection), your game will switch to the Demo version, which disables the gallery room, save/load features, and stops you from progressing in the game.

so is there any way around that, or is that just it- buy the game

where exactly im i writing workaround, at the bottom of the ini folder below nextboot...? or after proxy? because ive tried putting it at the end and it gets deleted when it boots up even though i make sure to save.

at the end of the file and it is ok. The "trial version" will disappear from the main screen and you can play the full version.

Hey, aren't you playing with a game you downloaded from a different thread? Try downloading the game from this thread and give it a go

Yeah you are correct that was the issue, I solved it a while ago. Didn't realize that would make a difference
 
末尾に何回も入力しても起動時に消されてしまうのですがもう少し具体的に体験版から製品版にできた人は記入してもらえるとありがたいのですが自分は一日かけても無理でした。

I wrote a bit further up too, but I think you might have downloaded the game from somewhere other than this thread?
Please re-download the game from this thread.
Even if they share the same name, the game in this thread and the games in other threads are 'different things.'

このスレのやつと違うスレのやつとのゲームの記号を教えくれるとありがたいです。このスレのやつからもダウンロードしてもダメだったので報告しました。
