I don't dare use any Chinese file-sharing services; they're always asking for your mobile number. You have to register with your mobile number just to download anything. I stick to foreign ones to avoid getting nagged. It's just too much of a hassle.

It doesn't really concern me much; these are all accounts I set up ages ago. In particular, anything involving copyright or sensitive content is all hosted on non-Chinese cloud storage services. Even when sharing within China, I really can't stand Baidu Netdisk—it's slow and you have to register for it, which is just shameless.

点击个人头像进入自己的个人主页，背景图右边的角落会出现这个选项还有举报，如果没找到那我不确定是不是有等级限制才能上传噢。
Click your profile photo and go to your personal profile, besides the background banner there will be two options: one is report, and the another one is edit your profile banner, if it doesnt appear then i'm not sure if there is level restriction to upload
