What's the most recommended Otome game?

For me, it would be HanaKare! I think that regardless of someone's favorite type of narrative, HanaKare will probably be a good choice because the characters interactions is very organic and well-structured. I myself love historical and fantasy stories, but I really enjoyed HanaKare and hardly ever got bored when I played it.

Taishou Alice features a rich storyline, a diverse cast of LI, and a major plot twist at the end. The artwork is beautiful, and I particularly love the multi-personality male lead and the intelligent protagonist.

Our Life: Beginning and Always is one of my faves. The story line is very cute and innocent, the art is so good, and you can customize your character and the route you take with the LI. Another plus is that the base game is free and the DLCs are purchasable and totally worth your money!

I would really recommend Collar x Malice, and it is also often recommended by other people so it's not just me. It has an interesting plot, and I thought that the character routes were really good- they are just the right amount of romance and plot in my opinion, and I love almost all the routes in the game, they can just be so sweet. As well, if you enjoyed the game, there is also a fandisk that will get you some more time with the LIs, which is more focused around romance if you are looking for that! So if you like the game, know that there is more too if you needed more time with the LIs.

I always loved historical otome games! The first otome game that truly hooked me on was the Hakuoki series. The amount of LIs that have different routes and have refreshing personalities that don't feel like the same 'copy paste' personality is a top-tier game in my opinion! I just love historical referenced otome games... ٩(๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑)۶

Collar x Malice is such a good one! I haven't played the fandisk yet, so very excited to see more to Yanagi! ╰(*´︶`*)╯

I haven't done Yanagi's route on the fandisk, but I did Mineo, Sasazuka, and Shiraishi and they were all adorable so I'm sure Yanagi's will be cute too!

Hi
Is there an Otome game that you really recommend?
For me is Amnesia Memories since it's one of the classics (at least for me) and it's easy to play and has easy access since it has a mobile version and a pc version, a game not being locked under Nintendo does wonders for those that are just starting in the otome world.

Also, amnesia is really short and balances plot and romance very well for beginners, I love Hakuoki but the game is really lengthy and for a beginner it can scare them away, specially because the pc version has the game separated in two (Kyoto Winds and Edo Blossoms) and the Nintendo version if I'm not mistaken is only 1.

Royal Alchemist. It is wonderful, cute, and needs the player to be strategic. It has an entertaining storyline, good art, achievments are fun to get and dialogues are wonderful. Bonus: All the LIs are Green flags and of the same as the MC.

I would honestly say that I'd recommend the Amnesia games! Both the art and characters are pretty unique with each story having a twist to it (also the fashion in Amnesia is very cool).

It mainly depends on what the other person likes. Imagine recommending a game like Virche when that person doesn't like depressed games :ROFLMAO: Or a game like Cupid Parasite for those who doesn't like that type of comedy :ROFLMAO: I like to think about the other person tastes and suggest something I know they will truly appreciate :giggle:

JackJeanne! The character growth, art, music, dance mini game, story...I loved it. It was the one that has gripped me the most out of all the games I've played. Small shout out to Virche Evermore as well.

Historical past Japan otome, e.g. Hakuouki, Winter's Wish: Spirits of Edo, Butterfly's Poison; Blood Chains, Birushana.

It depends on what the person is looking for. For a darker game, I would recommend Virche. For a modern setting with a working adult MC, I would recommend Collar x Malice. For a more romance focused game, I would recommend Norn9 and Olympia Soiree. These are some of my personal faves :giggle:

Steam Prison. Even though I don't like some routes, it's still my favorite otome because of the story, the mc, and the steampunk setting. Amazing plot and art style
