Does anyone know how to extract data from this site?

It seems to be a collection of deleted videos by my favorite creator, but I don't know how to use it.

I think it's probably a Chinese community site.

Has anyone tried re-uploading a creator's video that was taken down via DMCA or similar on Rule34Video? Is it just how the system works that get an error message saying "This video already exists" even after uploading it?

Traces of deleted videos
However, whenever I search for things like this, I always end up on Chinese websites. Do you all find them from places like that too?
