People unable to know how to decompress a file can barely get through internet and end-up here, especially on modern OSs that has that function implemented by default... if it is about how to unzip files with password then that's a reasonable pass.

That said, I need help to identify the author of this video, when I searched the results are a bunch of steam discussions w/o info, or deleted.

What is that one site people use, it's similar to rule 34 but its in Chinese I think? Pretty sure its only for videos
