For this author, you can just keep up with his posts and have everything for free iirc. He posts his mega link in the description of all iwara videos, which has videos from the current month (2K resolution and variations).

I don't remember if this happened to me on gofile specifically, but in any case you can just manually add it to the file when you download it (as long as it actually is a video file).
