Well, since the Visual Novel "Kumo ni Naretara" you're asking for was made in 2008 and has almost zero information about it (even barely any information on web archive), the only trace of at least one copy of this game was sold years ago (on Saruga ). With that, sorry to inform you, but there's almost a zero percent chance to find a working version. Unless you somehow manage to find the person who bought the game, then maybe you'll be able to buy it from them and play it. :(

Managed to find one link on Mercari (obviously sold out)
 
As far as I know, someone once shared a link to this game on China's Bilibili website, and it has been marked as "played" on China's Bangumi website.

我不知道，是bangumi上的好朋友说的，有人在哔哩哔哩上发过链接。bangumi有人标记玩过，或许可以去联系他试试
