I noticed I was bad at starting fandiscs so I made a rule:
- play 1 original base game
- 1 fandisc
- 1 English game
I keep three games at least on rotation and that way I get through more.
Currently I'm doing 9 Rip sequel (FD) Itehari and lucky princess.

Nil Ado sequel, Virche FD, Code Realize third FD, Hiiro no Kakera FD...I mean I do plan to play them eventually since its in my backlog, but my motivation is soo low.
I played a little bit of Virche FD just for Ankou's route, but the rest...ummmm...seems kinda repetitive lol

I don't typically play fandiscs at all; it's a reaction to companies putting clear fandisc bait in the original entry and that leaving a bad taste in my mouth. So, to answer OP... Amnesia, Collar x Malice, Bustafellows, Virche, Code Realize, Taisho x Alice.
My one exception so far is Piofiore 1926 since it felt like as much sequel as FD and a friend let me borrow her copy (she needed me to love the extra route as much as she did, and she succeeded).

I wouldn't say I didn't play the fandisk, more like I ragequitted halfway through it, Cupid Parasite, man just remembering it is making me angry lolol

I don't play a sequel because I'm going to play the next one right after I finish playing a game. I love the unknown feeling of playing a game.

I am actually like this with many game series! Unless I really loved a specific character or the plot was top-tier, I usually don't find myself picking up the FDs or sequels. I am not even sure why, but I guess I just need that extra spark of interest to keep me invested after the main story is finished…

Lots actually- Virche, Piofiore, Amnesia, Code Realize's 2nd FD and CxM. Only really bc of not having much free time thanks to being busy with irl stuff and work.
I also usually prefer playing something else inbetween the og game and a sequel so that I don't somehow get bored of the universe/setting. So yh- both of those reasons combined are why I've got a huge backlog of sequels to get thru ^^;;

Amnesia: Memories, Hakuouki, and Steam Prison.
I finished the main games when they were released but I'll probably have to replay them before starting the sequels because it has been too long and I don't remember much.
