Hey, just a few days ago I've finished reencoding QXJpc2FudW1iZXIxIA== to AV1 10bit SVT, size wise the total size got reduced by nearly x3 with minimal quality loss, maybe not at all even. The collection should be up to date, I think at least? Also since QXJpc2FudW1iZXIxIGFuZCBMZWFzZSBIb3VzZQ== work together, I mearged them into one.

The old link with originals will be up until the files got deleted or someone report it, I have already deleted my own, so yea...

I'm curious but idk if this is a dumb question or not. How do y'all find these pan baidu files? What websites usually give pan baidu files of MMD creators?

I think it's perfectly normal. To put it bluntly, how long do you think it takes to create a proper piece of work? From what I know, genuine creators take on average anywhere from one month to over six months—or even longer—for a single project. You need ideas and inspiration. Even if you reuse old motion modules, you still have to come up with new combinations and rework the movements and camera angles to make them better and more refined.


As for the popular software productions nowadays, they basically just apply preset motions and scenes without any modification at all—or the creators simply don't have the ability to modify them. The only thing they can change is the motion loop (stretching the duration), turning a 30-second animation into one minute. Then they switch camera angles: one minute from the front, one minute from the side, another minute from a low angle looking up. And that's it—a finished "work," without putting in any real effort.


Yes, I'm talking about those creators from (KK, HS2, VMA). Their output is usually two to three pieces per month, depending on their computer performance. So one is carefully crafted and refined, while the other is basically copy-and-paste with different character models. Naturally, the difference in quality is huge. Of course, there are still some good ones—but out of a hundred, maybe only one to three are actually high quality.

three dots button > configuration > + button > Install from *selected script hoster*/from zip file

This is to install script files, for scripts on Tamper and Violent monkey search results, there is a big button that says something like "install this script"

So someone just imported his newest. But K-site being K-site sill haven't fixed the patreon importer bug of only scraping the files but not any texts, so it's as good as nothing. :)

iwara is back online but some content creators either deleted a lot of their works or simply had them lost during iwara's restoration. I checked iwara, checked online and even asked the creator directly but nothing.


Does anyone have kirarinnyowaaa vid CHC(本人歌唱)・どりーみんチュチュ (Dreamin' chuchu) ?

It was up on iwara for free but like I said, it no longer is and I have been unable to find it anywhere else.
