This game was previously sold on Booth but was delisted in April 2023.
It was developed by spice+ and is titled シノビヤキモチヨ（Shinobi Yakimochiyo）

The studio's distinctive flat-art style is truly beautiful, but the game's limited availability—only sold on Booth for a relatively short period—has made it almost like lost media.

It would be incredibly helpful if anyone happens to have this game.

The author said they would do a remake in 2023.
There has been no news since then, but I have not given up yet.
