(...)And the ones that obsessively go after people the most are usually the ones with the weakest content, like the guys who do koikatsu stuff, using animation packs other people made, and character cards / models other people made, of copyrighted characters without even a thin veneer of parody exemption.
just my personal experience, one time i got so intrigued by one of these type of quick-report creators because they're so talented at making good thumbnails and yet no one has ever shared their recent works (and the old ones are all dead links), so i tried subbing once.. the videos were all mediocre and poorly animated (hence why i said they're good at making enticing thumbnails)
the ones that i usually ended up subbing for a few months in the end are creators that actually not that hard to find being shared for free anyway, but i just like their work quality and work ethics
