When will there be an Anime that features a Black Man romancing a European-coded Anime Girl?
I mean as part of the Main Cast, or even Protagonist-level, and the genre is either Fantasy or Sci-Fi.
Recently, Lazarus had Doug as one of the Black guy representation in there, but to date there's still not a single Anime that romantically pairs a Black guy with a White girl yet, even though in real life we have many such prominent couples, like :
1. Durek Verrett + Norwegian Princess Martha-Louise
2. British Foreign Secretary David Lammy + Nicola Green
3. British Actor Paapa Essiedu + Rosa Robson
So, why can't we have an Anime with those pairings too?
Bear in mind that Castlevania Nocturne already has Richter, a White guy, paired with a Black female, Annette, so why not the reverse too? As one who gets to romance the Main Protagonist/Heroine, like Richter(who's the MC).
So let's have an Anime set in a Fantasy Kingdom where a Black Man romances a European-inspired Anime Princess too. What say you guys?
