Its just Embarrassed Nude Female, so its pretty broad to what it could mean. strip, naked dancing, hypnotism lapsing and probably more. Its just animating the reactions

Agree and there's usually a key reason for that: a ton of the old, insane motion producers simply left or went on hiatus so a lot of the current mmders tend to stagnate or use somewhat "boring" motions.
Also, and I stand to argue about this, the older gen mmd just had inherently more eros and better ideas.
