Unfortunately, my graphics card is 1060 3GB. Even if I set the graphics performance to the lowest setting, the game will be forced to close due to insufficient VRAM.

That's a sign you need to start upgrading your PC. I am using a graphics card from 2016 "2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB" (together with a 2020 CPU "AMD Ryzen 7 5800X") and the game is working fine.
