Thanks for suggestion, didn't pay much attention to MPV, maybe the time has come. I tried to fix this in VLC, but best it can do is disabling hardware-accelerated decoding. This removes "big nasty green" artifacts, but instead initial smaller artifacts become visible.
And unfortunately, this solution is only for "masking" when viewed, editing is still a no go.
Maybe I'll try to hit him on twitter with this, we'll see what he has to say for himself😅

Probably changed some export setting, to achieve better compression. Interesting that software decoding has issues too while nvdec manages. I can transcode it without artifacts, if there's need. (After all there's nothing wrong with nvdec stream)
