Just change from the code page, others are all the same with normal extra zip files.

For JP laws, copyright is automatically applied upon creation without the need of formal registration or declaration. Author then has to pursue this by asking the person to take the content down or using official sources but honestly... Japan is so backwards on this because they think their laws extend outside of Japan that some artists would just go scorch earth and purge everything they have to show some sort of point.

Fucking hell, I would've ripped his stuff and uploaded it to here and Private trackers If I had money, even If he removed it from here, removing them from Private trackers where I have a good bit moderation power would've been impossible for him
